Welcome to Balyash Enterprise. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, mobile application, and the purchase of products from our brand. By accessing or using our website grocode.in/balyashstore47/ and its subdomains, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Introduction & Acceptance
Balyash Enterprise is a manufacturer and retailer of home cleaning and hygiene products including Detergent Powder, Detergent Cake, Detergent Liquid, Phenyl Black & White, Floor Cleaner, Glass Cleaner, Toilet Cleaner, Bathroom Cleaner, Dish Wash, Hand Wash, Room Freshener and Cleaning Kits. By accessing our site, creating an account, or placing an order, you confirm you are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding contract under Indian law.

2. Account Registration
To place an order, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activities under your account. You must immediately notify us at support@balyash.com if you suspect unauthorized use. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to be providing false information or involved in fraudulent activity.

3. Product Information & Pricing
We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images, colors, and pricing are accurate. However, due to variations in screen display and photography lighting, actual product color may slightly vary. All product images shown are for representation; real product packaging design may vary slightly as per manufacturing batch. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of GST unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors even after an order has been placed.

4. Orders & Acceptance
When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This does not mean acceptance of your order. Acceptance occurs upon dispatch of the product. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to: product out of stock, error in pricing, suspected fraudulent transaction, or violation of these Terms. In case of cancellation from our side, full refund will be initiated to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

5. Payment
We accept payments via UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD) where available, powered by our payment partner. All online payments are secured with 128-bit encryption. We do not store your card details on our servers. For COD orders, we may call to confirm the order at +91-9998966539. COD may not be available for orders above Rs. 5000 or for pin codes outside our delivery network.

6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website including logos, product packaging design (Balyash Detergent Powder Super White, Phenyl Black/White etc.), text, graphics, images, banners (2048×1183), and software is the intellectual property of Balyash Enterprise. The oval logo “BALYASH ENTERPRISE” with blue, yellow and red colors is a registered trademark. Unauthorized reproduction, copying or distribution is strictly prohibited and will attract legal action under the Trademark Act, 1999 and Copyright Act, 1957.

7. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use our site for any unlawful purpose, to post harmful content, to attempt to hack, to scrape data, or to engage in any activity that may damage our server or reputation. Chemical products must be used as per instructions on label. Keep away from children. Do not mix different cleaners.

8. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use or misuse of our cleaning products. Always read label instructions before use. For phenyl, toilet cleaner and other chemical products, use gloves.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Gandhinagar, Gujarat, India.
